Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return/exchange policy:

• For Refund: Return must be shipped back to us within 3 business days from when the package was delivered to your home. Item must be in original condition with tags attached as it was received. Receipt or packing slip must be included with return.
• A flat fee of $40 each way will be charged for insured shipping and handling. Once an exchange is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by carrier within three days. All returns and exchanges must be sent using our preferred shipping service so that your jewelry is fully protected in transit.
• For Exchange or Store Credit: Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in its original condition. Receipt or packing slip must be included with return.
• Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you wish to cancel a ring that is still in production.
• Email ben@studsnmore.com for return authorization
• All shipping fees will be deducted from refund. 
• Shipping fees are not refundable
• Orders over $1000 are subject to a 3% restocking fee for returned items. Restocking fee is waived if you exchange your item for a different one, or you keep at least 1 item from your order. 
• Custom Orders are Final Sale.
